HTML5 memang masih terbilang baru dalam bahasa markah situs web. Hingga kini HTML5 masih terus dikembangkan, namun HTML5 dengan cepat mengalami peningkatan dari sisi grafis maupun animasi. HTML5 juga dimanfaatkan para pengembang untuk menciptakan game yang dimainkan melalui  browser  terkini. A new comScore report concerning the state of the mobile market is out, and it should surprise exactly no one that Android's market share continues to rise.  The rate of Android's growth is sure to displease some Apple fans, however, as it looks like Android may have eclipsed iOS in terms of smartphone subscribers. Google's share of the market rose from 21.4 percent in September to 23.5 percent in October (the most recent month for which comScore has stats).  Apple's share, meanwhile, only edged upwards from 24.3 percent to 24.6 percent.  So it's quite possible Google drew even and pulled ahead in November. That guess is supported by longer-term data, too.  comScore compared how the top mobile operating systems performed between July and September, and only Google came out looking strong. Menurut lembaga riset dan konsultasi Frost and Sullivan, smartphone akan menguasai lebih dari setengah pasar di Asia pada tahun 2015 dengan estimasi penjualan mencapai 477 juta unit. Diperkirakan Frost and Sullivan, pangsa pasar smartphone di Asia Pasific akan terus bertumbuh pesat hingga 54 persen pada lima tahun mendatang, dibandingkan lima persen per tahun 2009. Google Maps pada ponsel Android terbaru kini memiliki fitur satelit navigasi. Raksasa mesin pencarian tersebut merilis update layanan mapping untuk ponsel Android sehingga memudahkan penggunanya menemukan sebuah lokasi. Layanan yang masih dalam versi beta tersebut, untuk saat ini bisa didapatkan secara gratis. Menurut Telegraph, ketika pengguna mencari arah yang ditujunya, opsi 'Navigate' kini muncul pada layar ponsel. Jika diterima, ponsel kemudian mengunduh semua rute jalan. Ini berarti penerima data atau sinyal tidak penting untuk keseluruhan durasi. Double-tap pada layar juga memperbesar gambar Street View Google jika sinyal data tersedia.

It appears the saga of the lost (or stolen) iPhone prototype is drawing to a close. Tech blog Gizmodo, which paid $5000 for an unreleased, next-gen iPhone and then posted a detailed preview of the handset, now reports it has returned the device to Apple. Since Cupertino's legal sharks requested in writing that Gizmodo return the iPhone, there's little doubt the handset is the real deal. The result? Well, the world won't top spinning, but Apple may decide to make Gizmodo's life miserable with some sort of nasty legal action. Perhaps more importantly for Apple, the big reveal may curtail the media hype that will accompany the new iPhone's summer launch. Apple is working two new CDMA iPhones and one of them is supposed to be introduced in the market this summer. Carriers other than AT & T will be able to sell the gadget. The wireless network CDMA is used by the companies like Verizon and Sprint. But, AT & T and most of the global carriers use GSM technology. By some accounts, this week hasn't been so great for Google. The first bit of bad news concerns sales of Google's Nexus One phone. On Tuesday, the market analytics firm Flurry released a report saying initial sales of Google's Nexus One phone have been slim compared to the Droid and the iPhone. The firm compared sales of those those phones over the first 74 days they were on the market. In a blog post , Flurry says it chose that time period because that's how long it took the original iPhone to sell 1 million handsets when it was released in 2007.
