Tingginya penetrasi kepemilikan ponsel di Indonesia membuat negeri ini menjadi tempat potensial bagi para pengembang aplikasi untuk memasarkan produknya. Indonesia, hingga akhir tahun 2009 lalu, diketahui berada pada peringkat enam dunia sebagai negara dengan jumlah pengguna ponsel terbanyak, sekira 150 juta pengguna. "Indonesia menjadi hotspot area bagi pengembang," ujar Andy Zain, pendiri Mobile Monday, di sela Kuliah Perdana bertema Peluang Industri Kreatif di Era Mobile Lifestyle di Universitas Multimedia Nusantara, Serpong, Tangerang, Senin (23/8/2010). Dikatakan Andy, jika pengembang-pengembang Indonesia ingin bersaing dengan pemain besar, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan. Salah satunya adalah tidak membuat aplikasi yang berat dalam hal kapasitas maupun fungsi.

Ipad dalah komputer yang mudah dibawa kemana saja, seperti perpaduan antara laptop dan smartphone. Modelnya agak-agak mirip dengan Iphone, tetapi iPad lebih besar dan layar yang lebih lebar. India’s mobile firms will be bidding billions of dollars in an auction this week to provide superfast third generation (3G) service in the country’s booming cellular market. Nine of the cellular firms plan to bid for 3G spectrum in the world’s fastest-growing mobile market.

Pemesanan sudah bisa berlangsung 12 Maret melalui Apple online store toko Apple pada April. Harga iPad model Wi-Fi sekitar US $499 untuk 16 GB, US$599 untuk 32GB, dan US$699 untuk 64GB. Model Wi-Fi + 3G akan dijual sekitar US$629 untuk 16GB, US$729 untuk 32GB dan US$829 untuk 64GB.

Motorola Renegade V950 flip-phone Ponsel ‘kulit kerang’ Motorola ini desainnya bisa dibilang gak gitu ‘manis’, tapi cukup slim dan sudah di test standar militer US dan mendapat sertifikat spesifikasi 810F yaitu, tahan goncang dan getaran, tahan debu, dan anti percikan air (hujan). Ponsel ini sudah dilengkapi 3G, PTT (push to talk), kamera 2 mp dan bluetooth.

Thanks to a clandestine meeting with a source, I got a chance to play with and try out the Nexus One. It's basically, from my time with it, Google's Droid killer. It's thin, it's fast, it's better in every way. My source was very firm about no photography, and I didn't want to jeopardize anything on my source's end, so there are no photos, hence these photos are ones we've already shown you. But, based on all the leaked shots this week, plus the very pretty and very clear one last week from Boy Genius, everyone knows what the phone looks like already. Hell, there's even a complete UI walkthrough today that's on YouTube. So I'm going to focus on the experience, and how it compares to the Droid and the iPhone 3GS.
