The software, Simatic WinCC, is what's known as a SCADA system -- "supervisory control and data acquisition" -- and it's used to help run everything from traffic systems and pipelines to nuclear plants. Siemens has known about Stuxnet for some time, and has been tracing the worm's spread on its website. In July 2010, the company knew of only one industrial facility affected. By September 7, it was reporting that 15 systems had been hit worldwide. (The worm was first discovered in June by VirusBlokAda, a little-known Belarussian security firm.) Stuxnet dipercaya telah menginfeksi sekitar 100 ribu computer di seluruh dunia, dan ingin menganggu program nuklir Iran. Setidaknya 60% computer yang berhubungan dengan program nuklir tersebut sudah terinfeksi Stuxnet. Laporan dari Wired, worm Stuxnet  dirancang untuk menyerang sistem PLC atau otomatis kontrol pabrik buatan Siemen. Alat Simatic WinCC Scada menjadi target virus ini, dimana alat tersebut berfungsi mengatur semua perlatan pabrik bekerja secara otomatis. The donation will be announced on The Oprah Winfrey Show on Friday with appearances by Zuckerberg, Newark Mayor Cory Booker , and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie . He denied the allegation that he made this donation to distract the public attention of a movie that portrays him as arrogant, socially out of place, and very bright. Zuckerberg's Startup, Education foundation will get the donation, which will disburse the cash. He also wanted to get involved with many charity efforts in the forthcoming years. The worm is reported to be posting scraps to with the text Bom Sabado which means Good Saturday in Portuguese . Portuguese is official language of Brazil which is the last bastion of the Google owned Social networking Website . India is next to Brazil in terms of members using their services. The Bom Sabado infected profiles are automatically posting scraps on the scrapbooks of their friends. The worm is supposed to be hitting your cookies and automatically sending messages to your friends list. Orkut has been the target of such XSS attacks in the past. The Bom Sabado Worm has affected many orkut profiles. Merely watching the scrap in your scrapbook or your friend's scrapbook may be enough to get your account hacked. The cookies of the viewers of the scrap are stolen and an automatic scrap is posted to their friends list creating a scrap bomb kind of thing.

With fresh rumors circulating about a new MacBook Air , and a makeover long overdue, what would constitute a great redesign? What kind of a feature set should a next-generation MacBook Air have? Assuming Apple actually has something like this in the works, I can't help speculating on the design goals for a new Air. Should it be a hybrid tablet-laptop ? According to the security expert, a JavaScript command in the offending posts included a command, "onmouseover," that caused messages to pop up and Web sites to open automatically when the user mouse over it. Simultaneously, user is redirected to the new porn sites. Magnus announced his achievement in a Tweet. In an e-mail, Mr. Holm said he created the worm "because I wanted to experiment with the flaw," which he says was already being exploited by others. "The purpose was simply to see if it was possible to create a worm." Sarah Brown, wife of former British prime minister Gordon Brown is one of the victims. Bing Rewards lets people build up points by taking a number of actions, including searches or trying out new features, which can be redeemed for products including DVDs, games, gift cards or charitable donations. It’s currently available only in the US to those who install a Bing toolbar within Internet Explorer on a Windows-based PC .

Upon realising his PR people had antagonised this influential publication, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg took the sensible measure of inviting Tech Crunch over to FB towers to clarify the matter. The raw transcript of the interview is here, but we've extracted what we consider to be the key excerpts. Zuck's main agenda appeared to be to clarify the semantics around what is meant by "building a phone". Of course a lot of vendors don't physically build their products, finding it more efficient to get companies like Hon Hai to do it instead. So on that basis, of course Facebook isn't building its own phone.

Menurut Paul Otellini, Chief Executive Officer Intel, saat ini perusahaannya tengah memperluas strateginya termasuk fokus ke pasar untuk perangkat terhubung, lebih dari sekadar membuat prosesor untuk PC. “Intel memposisikan diri untuk mengambil peluang di mana pengguna akan memilih perangkat yang menyediakan pengalaman terbaik dan pasar di mana tidak ada satu perangkat tunggal yang akan menjadi dominan,” kata Otellini, seperti dikutip dari Telecompaper, Rabu 15 September 2010.

Sebelum tahun 2002, ucapan Selamat Lebaran masih populer menggunakan jasa surat ber-perangko, tapi setelah dibukanya layanan SMS lintas operator dan berlakunya sistem SKA (sender keep all), gaya berkirim pesan Lebaran mulai bergeser. Walau pesan lewat surat tetap punya segmen sendiri, seperti di level korporat misalnya. Dengan pola SKA, memberi 'hawa sejuk' bagi operator untuk memberikan tarif SMS yang lebih murah lewat bungkus program promo. Dahsyatnya penggunaan SMS saat Lebaran bisa dilihat dari antisipasi operator dalam menangani trafik.
